INFORMATION THAT IS COLLECTED

At time of purchase: we collect personal information that you provide which includes your name, address, and email address.

Browsing: we automatically receive your computer’s browser information, operating system information, and internet protocol information.

Linea Wellness may send email marketing communications with your expressed consent. You may subscribe at any time by clicking on the link on the email or by emailing customer service at answers@QuerZi.com and write UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line of the email.

Third parties: We only share your information with third parties, such as USPS, UPS, and other carriers involved in shipping your orders. We will not share or sell your information to any other third parties.

CONSENT

We infer your consent to collecting information related to transactions when you compete the following: place an order, verify your credit card, and provide information for delivery or return.

You may withdraw your consent for us to contact you at any time, and for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information. To do so, contact us via email at answers@QuerZi and write WITHDRAW CONSENT in the subject line of the email or send request to Linea Wellness, Attn: Customer Service, 3430 E. Russell Rd, Suite 320, Las Vegas, NV 89120. Once we have your written request, we will cancel all active orders and delete your information from our records within 5 business days.

WEB HOSTING

The QuerZi e-commerce website is hosted on Shopify, Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENTS

Payments to Linea Wellness are transacted through Maverick Merchant Services. Maverick Merchant Services is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) level 1 compliant. Your purchase transaction data is encrypted and is stored only so long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After your transaction is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. For orders enrolled in the auto-refill program, payment card data necessary for periodic payment re-authorization is kept in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

AFFILIATES

Customers who are referred to Linea Wellness via affiliates and affiliate websites are considered customers of both parties. The Linea Wellness privacy policy applies to customers utilizing the Linea Wellness website via affiliate referrals. Linea Wellness reserves the right to share customer data with the referring affiliate for shared customers only, and only with the specific referral source for that shared customer.
